Ever felt like a part of you is desperate to change while another is terrified to let go? This isn’t a sign of being broken; it is the hallmark of a complex, protective internal system. My approach honors this by utilizing IFS to engage these parts with compassion, unburdening the trauma they’ve carried to keep you safe. To support this deep work, I integrate DBT to build the distress tolerance and emotional regulation needed for a "secure base." Simultaneously, CPT helps identify and challenge stuck points, those distorted beliefs about safety and trust that trauma often leaves behind.
Everyone deserves a safe, compassionate space to heal, to be seen, and to feel truly heard. Life shapes us all through profound traumas, subtle wounds, and the many defining moments in between. Understanding how these experiences affect us is a powerful first step toward healing and growth.
I’m truly moved by the power of connection and community in nurturing a sense of wholeness. Through this journey, individuals and families can find their way back to their true selves, transforming uncertainty into hope. When you’re ready, let’s connect and take those first steps toward healing together.

DBT Skills Group
Dialectical behavior therapy (DBT) is a type of talk therapy (psychotherapy). It’s based on cognitive behavioral therapy (CBT), but it’s specially adapted for people who experience emotions very intensely. “Dialectical” means combining opposite ideas. DBT focuses on helping people accept the reality of their lives and behaviors and helping them learn to change their lives, including their unhelpful behaviors.
