About
I am inspired by how connection and community promote wholeness; returning the individuals, and or families to their authentic selves. My mission is to help those who are looking to bridge the gap from uncertainty to hope. I believe that trust is the key factor in any relationship, and when trust is built, authentic healing is restored, and everyone is moving forward in a more positive direction. I will assist in establishing healthy behaviors, healthy boundaries, positive coping strategies, positive communication skills, increasing self esteem, all in order to foster lifelong positive changes.
I work from a client centered orientation that draws from multiple theories and techniques. I am formally trained and well versed in several evidence based treatment modalities: DBT, SSIC, CBT, TFCBT, Safe-Care: In-Home Parent & Child curriculum, Love & Logic, and SandPlay.
Seeking out treatment is a brave undertaking and I applaud you for looking at options to better yourself and your situation. I would love to be a part of this journey with you and or your family. I understand far too well the hectic schedules we all have to maintain, and that is why I offer to come to you. All my services are home-based.
