I am trained in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Eye Movement Desensitization Reprocessing (EMDR), MBSR-Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction and meditation, Play Therapy, talk therapy (Psychodynamic) and Sand Tray.
