Welcome! I am a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor with over twenty years of experience dedicated to guiding my adult clients into a life of greater happiness and peace. I was trained in cognitive-behavioral techniques, and use techniques I learn from brain science to address your unique needs and strengths. Most clients who work with me are experiencing problems with anxiety, depression and traumas. I also work with individuals adjusting to major life changes and/or losses. Sessions are available both virtually during the week or in person on Saturdays, as you prefer.
I specialize in addressing a wide range of issues, including but not limited to: Depression, Anxiety, Anger Management, Stress, Abuse, Communication Issues, Low Self-Esteem, Life Transitions, Grief and Loss and generally, managing the curves life sometimes sends our way.
In sessions, I work to create a supportive, safe atmosphere without judgment to support you in feeling comfortable in sharing your thoughts and feelings. My therapy style is anchored in positivity, and present-focused strategies.
