I believe therapy should be collaborative, practical and individualized, with the aim of reducing suffering and creating a more joyful, meaningful life. In the therapy room, I strive to create a peaceful, nurturing, and non-judgmental environment. I help you clarify your values and goals, and build upon your own resourcefulness to live in greater alignment with your authentic self. You are the expert on your own life, and my role is to offer a fresh perspective and new skills to aid in your healing journey.
I also enjoy sharing strategies and tools that help clients better navigate the challenges outside the therapy room. A good fit between therapist and client is crucial in achieving positive outcomes, so I offer a 30 minute free consultation to all prospective clients so you can make an informed decision about whether I am the best fit for you.
