I am a licensed Master's Level Professional Counselor, licensed Addictions Counselor and a Nationally Certified Counselor with years of experience working with mental health and substance use disorders.
I work with individuals, couples and LGBTQI+. I utilize many theories such as CBT, DBT, Reality, Holistic, Solution-Focused, multi-cultural approaches and integrative therapies to create a Person-Centered approach that will work individually with your needs. I believe that no two people are exactly the same and ALL deserve individualized approaches.
