About
I provide counseling to individuals and families who are interested in increasing their well-being. My approach is refreshing and well suited to clients who hope to live with less stress, less depression, anxiety and unhealthy coping habits. Clients will begin to live with more peace of mind, happiness, balance and fulfilling relationships. I use an approach that helps clients to get a deeper understanding of where their psychological experience comes from. I use a psycho-educational approach that asks clients to delve into an understanding of the spiritual nature behind life.
I specialize in working with individuals wanting to bring more harmony and stability into their lives. I have many years of experience working with people experiencing prenatal/postpartum, anxiety/depression, trauma, relationship issues, narcissism, family issues, military, autism, learning disabilities and substance abuse.
I use Three Pinciples therapy to help clients reveal their innate resilience and well-being. Through an experiential understanding clients begin to experience insights that help them have shifts in perception and begin to experience more lightheartedness and ease in their lives. I do ask clients to be open to watching videos and reading books or hand outs.
