Hello! I’m Lorie. Hello, my name is Lorie Alcocer. I am a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and a credentialed school psychologist who is passionate about and committed to supporting my clients through their challenges so that they can experience healing and growth. Using a client-centered approach, I provide a safe and accepting environment where clients can explore their thoughts and emotions.
My sessions are primarily focused on a person-centered approach. I will support my client’s autonomy while providing a safe, empathic, and non-judgmental environment. When working with young children, I will use a non-directive approach and support parental involvement. Using an approach that uniquely meets my client’s needs.
