Hello, My name is Lori Zelen (I prefer to be called Lori) I am an LCSW with many years working with adults with a variety of mental health issues and life situations. I especially like working with people who are looking to make changes ( both internally and externally) through understanding and transforming patterns/dynamics that no longer serve them.
I primarily work by combining psychodynamic therapy ( therapy that focuses on increasing insight into patterns in behaviors and relationships that often come from childhood events) with other therapies and techniques that support change and help the client move toward value-based goals.
