College Adjustment Group

College is a time full of changes, new opportunities and new stressors. This group will help with managing these concerns and introduce skills that would be beneficial to navigating this chapter of life. Goals for this support group include methods to improve interpersonal communications, improved ability to monitor unhelpful thought patterns, and help in regulating distressful emotions that may be tied to adjusting to college. The group will cater to common experiences that individuals have involving the adjustment to college.

Bipolar Disorder Group

This group will be focusing on how to live and thrive with bipolar disorder. Topics will range from healthy coping strategies, medication management, triggers, recognizing early warning signs of an episode, and being proactive in instead of reactive. Sometimes it is helpful to be in a group with others that share a similar experience to know you are not alone. Bipolar disorder can be complicated and difficult, however, with the right strategies it can be conquered.
