As human beings, we are constantly evolving and attempting to navigate life’s various complexities. Working from an attachment model, I work with clients to understand and explore ways to establish meaningful connections, with themselves or with their partners. By gaining understanding of your emotions we will explore the ins and outs of how they impact day to day actions, interactions with others, and develop a greater sense of security in ourselves.
I provide an empathetic, warm, and safe space to work through struggles including anxiety, depression, relationship distress, trauma, and a variety of other mental health challenges. I aim to be a supportive and secure connection for individuals, couples, and families to help you create lasting transformations in your life and relationships.
As I am currently pursuing my certification in Emotionally-Focused Therapy (EFT), I would be honored to work with clients that are wanting to strengthen their relationships while developing deeper, healthier connections and understanding.
