I offer a warm, compassionate, and trauma-informed space to explore your experiences and reconnect with your inner strength. I am a certified complex trauma therapist with years of experience walking with individuals through difficult childhoods, marriages and family dynamics. With my Bachelor's degree in Social Work, and Master's degree in Mental Health Counseling, I am equipped with the knowledge and and skills to provide you with the guidance you truly deserve.
I’m passionate about supporting teens, young adults to middle-aged individuals through life’s challenges, including complex trauma, PTSD, bipolar disorder, anxiety, depression, women’s issues, and struggles in ministry. I provide Christian counseling if requested, however I enjoy working with individuals of all backgrounds.
As a mom of three teen daughters who has moved multiple times over the past decade, I deeply understand the challenges of grieving losses, navigating uncertainty, and starting over in a new place.
