Lori Thompson, Ph.D. grew up in St. Thomas. She received her master and doctoral degrees in Clinical Psychology from the University of North Carolina at Greensboro. She has worked as the Unit Director of the Adolescent Unit at the San Antonio State Hospital, Outpatient Director of Mental Health Services at Bradley Hospital in Providence, RI, and was Clinical Assistant Professor of Psychiatry at the Brown University School of Medicine, and currently also works at Schneider Regional Medical Center. She is happy to have returned home to continue providing psychological services to the people of the Virgin Islands.
