I believe there is strength to be found in our weaknesses, love to be found through our pain, and light after our darkest days. The pain of healing comes with the self-awareness that otherwise may be over looked. When it becomes more painful to stay in our past then it is scary to step out of it is when the journey begins. I walk beside my clients, not in-front or behind. I remain steady and follow their lead. I provide the safety and hope that everyone needs to face their pain, to feel their pain, and to keep going anyway.
I have over 15 years of experience in the mental health field with experience in many aspects of treatment. I take time to understand my clients and place importance on making sure I am meeting the client's needs. I am one of very few private practitioners who specializes in eating disorders as well as complex trauma cases.
