I graduated from Ottawa University in Phoenix, AZ, in 2020, and since then I’ve had the opportunity to build a wide range of counseling experience. I’ve worked in crisis settings—Emergency Departments and inpatient hospitals—as well as residential programs and community-based outpatient care.
Over time, I’ve found myself drawn to supporting people working through anxiety, depression, grief and loss, trauma, life transitions, burnout, financial stress, and substance use.
