In addition to solution focused shorter Cognitive Behavior Therapy, I offer Dialectical Behavior Therapy to help achieve long term change in behaviors. I received my DBT training from Behavior Tech Institute and am currently pursuing a certificate in Traumatic Stress Studies from the Trauma Research Foundation. I also bring in IFS and ACT principles.
