Welcome—I’m so glad you’re here and taking this step toward healing. I specialize in EMDR therapy, working with teens and adults to process and integrate the parts of their story that feel stuck, overwhelming, or wounded.
I specialize in working with trauma, including adoption- and attachment-related wounds, as well as religious trauma and abuse. Many of my clients struggle with anxiety, shame, identity confusion, and relationship difficulties rooted in these experiences.
I believe we are designed for wholeness and connection—both within ourselves and in our relationships with others. My goal is to create a safe, supportive space where every part of you is welcome. Together, we’ll gently explore your experiences so you can move toward greater clarity, self-understanding, and emotional freedom.
