My goal isn't to help you avoid the hard stuff, but to help you move with it, grow through it, and even find moments of lightness and humor along the way.
I'm a neurodiversity-affirming, trauma-informed therapist who brings creativity, playfulness, and humor into the process. I specialize in supporting kids, teens, and families- especially those who are neurodivergent, twice-exceptional (2e), and navigating big emotions and challenging moments.
I also support parents through individual therapy and coaching to feel more grounded, confident, and connected with their kids. (As a parent of neurodivergent children, I bring both empathy and lived understanding to my work). I offer telehealth, in-home, and community-based sessions.
