Hi! My services include telehealth individual counseling for women 18 years and up and clinical supervision, in both Montana and Idaho. We all live with patterns and behaviors that stem from years and years of life experiences, some healthy and some not so healthy. These patterns can affect present day functioning within your personal, professional and relational life. You may have anxiety, the need to control, choose friends or partners that do not serve you, as just a few examples. If you are looking for a happier, healthier and more empowered life, I would love to work with you.
If looking to your past to help your present is not something you are interested in, we can also work on present day issues that might feel more specific and situational. After discussing your needs/goals, we can work together to determine the best way to meet them and at a pace you are comfortable with.
