I find the opportunity to work with people in their unique journeys a true blessing. I work with a diverse population, ranging from children to adults. I specialize in the treatment of adolescent females, and women in transitional life phases. I feel I provide a safe, nonjudgemental environment where individuals, couples, and families can work at their own pace to meet their goals. I see a wide variety of ages and have experience in treating many issues.
I specialize in the treatment of adolescent anxiety and depressive disorders, as well as the treatment of eating disorders. My practice also specializes in assisting parents struggling with a variety of parenting, couple and individual stressors that arise in raising children.
As a working mother of two young children, I feel I bring the experience and empathy that many parents need to explore their own unique issues.
