Trauma, whether big or small, leaves complex feelings of fear, confusion, worry, and grief both emotionally & physically, but my training and experience tells me that we are all remarkably resilient and have an inherent capacity to bounce back. I have a deep passion for helping people who have gone through traumatic events or big life-transitions who want to feel normal again. Managing the challenges associated with a traumatic event often requires the help of an expert in this field to navigate through the impact in a safe place.
Through empathy, compassion, & specialized training, I can assure you that you are in good hands. Inside you there is a beautiful brain that did the best it could to help keep you safe & we will navigate through the healing process using methods that have been researched to be most effective.
