I specialize in treating anxiety, depression and ADHD in children, teens and adults. Using cognitive behavior therapy, EMDR and IFS therapy my clients go on to live full and happy lives. I facilitate many social skills groups throughout the year. My evidenced- based therapy significantly helps with relationship challenges.
