I believe that all individuals have the capacity to heal, change, and grow. Life is complex and demanding, no matter what age or season one is in. At the heart of my work is the belief that healing, repair and growth occurs when we feel understood and supported while exploring the deeper issues that shape our lives. There are also times in life when we feel stuck, overwhelmed, or have perplexing anxiety that seems to have no root cause. I help clients address and navigate these challenges, focusing on healing and growth that allows for lasting change.
My specialties include anxiety: depression, trauma (recent and childhood) grief, self-esteem, social issues, relational difficulties (including couples/marriage), and professional uncertainty. Talk therapy, EMDR, and/or brain spotting may also be incorporated to further compliment the therapeutic process.
