In the stress of today's world it is easy to feel disconnected. As we attempt to soothe the discomfort in our lives it can become difficult to cope effectively, straining our most important relationships. I enjoy working with clients who are interested in exploring how their expectations either strengthen or distort their relationships, affecting their approach to life's challenges.
I see individuals (18+) who are experiencing depression, anxiety, trauma, grief, or any type of emotional distress, as well as couples who desire a more connected relationship. Using relational and cognitive perspectives I address issues with compassion as I journey with each client.
