About

Relationships are tough. I can help you de-escalate conflict, rebuild trust and safety, and connect emotionally. You can learn to repair and forgive past hurts and stop your negative patterns. Let me help you be a safe haven for each other. Emotion Focused Therapy, a research-based approach, has clinically proven to help 7 out of 10 couples! Whether you're engaged or decades into your marriage there is hope and a clear map to reconnect. I can help you navigate through different seasons of life. I regularly offer a Couples' Educational Workshop, "Hold Me Tight" with excellent results!
I love my job! I naturally recognize and cultivate potential. Clients say I'm "down to earth" and "easy to talk to". They're my heroes as they courageously take steps to change their lives. I hope to work myself out of a job! I can also be available for quarterly tune-ups!
I can help you identify, explore and develop your individual strengths with action steps. Developing Emotional Intelligence will build confidence and lower social anxiety and awkwardness. I use online tools: Gallup StrengthsFinder, Personality Profile (DISC), Emotional Intelligence tests and the Golden (similar, but more clarifying than Myers-Briggs).

Emotion Coaching - the Heart of Parenting

Successful parenting begins in your heart, and then continues on a moment-to-moment basis by engaging your children when feelings run high, when they are sad, angry or scared. You'll learn to show up in a particular way when it really counts and build life-long coping skills. In this fun and interactive class you'll learn this 5 step, research-based process that has proven to bring families closer together and is effective with all ages.
