I treat clients from preteens to adults, with a variety of problems, from all walks of life. I have helped individuals, families, and couples better understand their feelings, face and overcome their fears, find ways to manage their strong emotions, build confidence, learn effective ways to communicate, and find meaning in their lives. Each client is treated with empathy and unconditional positive regard.
I specialize in helping the whole person find healing of the mind and spirit, manage their health, and come to a better understanding of themselves and what they want to change. I help my clients recognize patterns of behavior that are keeping them stuck, and find better ways of thinking about themselves and their problems, so they can reach their goals.
