I have a strong desire to help others and want to be part of their journey to recovery. I understand that in life we face many challenges and sometimes we need someone to help us find our way. I want to be supportive and help others as they face challenges and eventually find joy and peace in their lives. Families are the focus of my practice. I believe in helping the family as a whole and working with each individual to improve their lives.
After graduate school I worked at Family and Children's Services for over 15 years. To broaden my skills, I opened a private practice in Tulsa 2013 and an office in Sand Springs in 2014. Currently I work with children of all ages, adults, and couples.
Over the years I have worked with a variety of issues including various forms of abuse (sexual, physical, and emotional), behavioral issues with children and adolescents, depression, grief and loss, anxiety, crisis management, parenting issues, family dynamics, and marital counseling.
