I am accepting new clients at M&M Counseling for assessments, evaluations, behavioral health counseling, substance use counseling, life & wellness coaching, employee assistance (EAP), and Christian counseling sessions. I provide services both via telehealth or in person. I also provide individual, couples and family sessions. I am a Licensed Independent Mental Health Practitioner (LIMHP) / Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) / Licensed Alcohol & Drug Counselor (LADC), Certified Christian Counselor, and Certified Life & Wellness Coach.
I am located in Lincoln, serving Nebraska statewide. I previously audited, investigated, and specialized in quality assurance with Mental Health and Substance Use facilities for the State of NE and federally for CMS. I have also been a therapist since 2009. I utilize that expertise and combine it with compassion to create a positive space for change.
I find it an honor to be involved in the change process with clients. I enjoy spending time with my family, cooking, walking, reading, going to coffee shops, being active in our church, camping, attending sporting events, live music, and exploring nature.
