Hello! I have 20+ years experience in helping children, adolescents, & adults enhance their daily life functioning, cultivate self compassion, and improve their emotional & physical well being. Life stressors and challenges can impact aspects like our daily routines, work/school performance, relationships, self care, self esteem. Sometimes our struggles can be having unhelpful thoughts, using unhealthy coping skills, difficulty managing emotions, questioning self worth, or feeling stuck. I utilize compassion focused, evidence based, & strength based modalities. Treatment strategies are catered to each individual's need areas/goals.
My specialty area is grief/loss. I provide a safe space to process losses and life changes. I help with development of a toolbox that leads to navigating and managing grief constructively. I also have expertise with alleviating sleep disturbance, insomnia. Sleep is a core piece that impacts our mood, energy & focus. Let's get you the good sleep you deserve!
