I work with couples who are ready to do something different. Drawing on Relational Life Therapy, I help partners slow down, see each other more clearly, and find new ways to show up for one another. Whether you're navigating conflict, rebuilding trust, or simply feeling stuck, we'll work together to understand what's happening beneath the surface and move toward something better.
I also work with individual women facing major life transitions — a career shift, a relationship change, a loss, or simply the feeling that something needs to be different. These moments can be disorienting and isolating.
I am a Certified Relational Life Therapist (RLT), with advanced couples therapy training with Terry Real. I have also trained with Martha Kauppi, a nationally recognized expert in sexual health and relational intimacy, which allows me to address a fuller range of the challenges couples and individuals bring to therapy.
I offer a 15-minute video consultation to determine if we are a good fit. I believe therapy should be accessible and have kept my fees in the low to mid-range. I see clients both in person at my downtown Beaverton office and via telehealth. I do not currently accept insurance.
