About
Is problematic or compulsive sexual behavior causing problems in your relationships, job or other important areas of your life? Perhaps you or a loved one are concerned and would like help learning more constructive ways to deal with stress, life transitions, anxiety or depression. My expertise includes working with adult males (both adjudicated and non-adjudicated), adults with Autism Spectrum Disorder (both high and lower functioning), intellectual disabilities, histories of trauma and problematic pornography use.
My treatment approach is to provide support with insight and feedback to help clients address current challenges and long-standing issues. With sensitivity and compassion I help clients change unhealthy behavior, learn new coping skills, heal relationships and build self-worth.
A non-judgmental and collaborative therapeutic relationship is the most powerful tool for positive change. With honesty, compassion and a sense of humor I strive to provide a safe, nurturing and understanding therapeutic environment to empower and support my clients to make the lasting positive changes they desire and achieve greater satisfaction in life.
