Painful past events resulting in irrational worries & intrusive thoughts that disrupt healthy thinking, relationships, & careers, overwhelming anxiety, and urges to self-harm make life a challenge for many people. I have provided extensive counseling for victims of sexual trauma and am passionate about helping clients find healing in the face of these struggles.
