I help adults in all life stages struggling with depression, anxiety, relationship conflicts, complex trauma and PTSD, life transitions, unresolved grief, and mood & anxiety disorders. I use an Internal Family Systems informed approach, while also drawing from Mindfulness, Compassion, CBT & Dialectical Behavior Therapy, to facilitate healing and change.

It is a vulnerable thing to move in any way towards change. I respect the courage that takes. Truly. I strive to foster a sense of hopefulness and self-compassion as I empower you to utilize your innate wisdom and power to make meaningful changes towards health, internal harmony, and lasting healing.
