It takes courage and vulnerability to talk about the painful parts of life, so I honor that by providing a safe and accepting atmosphere where your voice is heard. My approach is to help you see your strengths, meet you where you are at, and work collaboratively with you. I have experience with a wide variety of issues, but mainly work with adults and adolescents who are dealing with anxiety/depression, grief and loss, ADHD, and past trauma.

One of the comments I often hear from clients is that I ask interesting and helpful questions. They have also said that I can assess their situations quickly and get to the heart of the matter in a short amount of time, which makes them feel understood as well as hopeful about getting through their struggles.
