I specialize in working with women navigating life transitions: motherhood, career changes, loss, identity shifts, or relationships in flux. My approach is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), helping you explore and heal the parts of you that carry pain, pressure, or protection. I'm Level 2 trained in IFS with advanced training in IFIO for couples. Together, we’ll move toward clarity, connection, and lasting change.
I draw from several therapy models to support my clients, with a strong foundation in Internal Family Systems (IFS). I am Level 1 trained in IFS for individual work and Level 2 trained in Intimacy from the Inside Out (IFIO). This model helps explore and heal inner parts with compassion, supporting deeper self-understanding and connection in relationships.
I'm an AAMFT Approved Supervisor passionate about supporting interns and associates in their growth. I believe who we are and how we show up deeply shapes our work.
