You want to feel more connected—to yourself, your relationships, and the life you’re building—but something’s in the way. I specialize in working with women navigating life transitions: motherhood, career changes, loss, identity shifts, or relationships in flux. My approach is rooted in Internal Family Systems (IFS), helping you explore and heal the parts of you that carry pain, pressure, or protection. I'm Level 2 trained in IFS with advanced training in IFIO for couples. Together, we’ll move toward clarity, connection, and lasting change.

Welcome. I work with young adults, teens, and men who feel overwhelmed, stuck, or unsure of how to make meaningful changes. Many of my clients are carrying a lot on their own—stress, self‑doubt, or patterns that keep repeating despite their best efforts. I offer a warm, steady space where you can be honest and explore what’s really happening beneath the surface. Together, we identify what’s getting in the way and help you move toward a life that feels more grounded, intentional, and genuinely yours.

I enjoy working with couples who are stuck in negative patterns and are seeking deeper emotional connection. I value generational work with clients who want to explore inherited patterns. My approach is centered on helping clients connect with themselves and what they want, build a sense of autonomy over what they can influence, and find peace with what is outside of their control. I am an attachment-based, integrative therapist who draws from several modalities, including Emotionally Focused, Narrative, and Contextual Therapy. I am available for in-person sessions in Renton and via telehealth throughout WA State.

If you're interested in talking with someone who takes your experience seriously, we can work together to address depression, anger, life transitions, career, relationships, and identity. Your relationship used to be a place of connection, but now it feels like a source of constant tension. I work with couples who still love each other but feel distant and lonely, even when they're together. You may be stuck in the same arguments on repeat, rebuilding trust after an affair, or walking on eggshells. Often the conflict runs deeper than it appears. Family wounds run deeper than you might expect. A painful childhood, emotionally immature parents, patterns that were unnamed but always felt show up in how we love, fight, and shut down. Together, we'll do the careful work of finding your way back to yourself and each other.

I specialize in working with individuals and couples navigating relationship stress, communication challenges, betrayal, financial pressure, and feelings of emotional disconnection. When trust is strained or your needs feel unmet, it’s common to feel confused, stuck, or unsure of yourself. Many people come to therapy feeling overwhelmed by patterns that repeat in their relationships, and unsure how to change them. I help clients slow down, gain clarity, and better understand themselves and their relational patterns.

Hi, I'm Mariah and I'm grateful you're here. I believe the greatest journey we ever take is the one back to ourselves. In a world that constantly tells us who we should be, it’s easy to lose touch with who we truly are. My work is about helping you peel back those layers of social programming, reconnect with your authentic self, and reclaim your voice, boundaries, and personal power. Together, we slow down, listen with curiosity rather than judgment, and begin developing deep self-acceptance. By aligning your life with your true values, we create space for genuine connection, deeper meaning, and lasting change.

Navigating young adulthood, major life transitions, or questions of belonging can feel isolating and overwhelming—especially when you feel caught between relationships, cultures, expectations, or versions of yourself. I specialize in providing support and clarity during times of uncertainty and change. Having attended 15 schools across different countries, I deeply understand what it means to live in the “in-between" and the stress it can bring. I work with individuals, couples, and families through a systemic lens, exploring how your history, relationships, culture, and environment shape your present.

Struggling to feel connected—or wondering why connection sometimes feels so complicated? Maybe you notice yourself getting anxious when someone pulls away, only to shut down the moment someone gets too close. These patterns aren’t random quirks; they’re old attachment wounds that once helped you survive but now get in the way of the relationships you want. I help individuals and couples uncover these deeper stories and reshape the way they relate. Approaching with a humanistic and relational way — in a warm, open, and genuinely curious way about who you are and how you move through the world.

Welcome, I'm glad you're here! I enjoy working with individuals, families, and couples navigating parenting, anxiety, depression, relationship challenges, divorce, and other life stressors. You may find yourself overthinking, shutting down during conflict, feeling uncertain about what comes next, or feeling more like roommates than partners. Parenting, daily stress, and past experiences can add even more pressure, leaving you feeling disconnected from yourself or the people you love. My approach is warm, encouraging, and focused on helping you better understand the patterns, emotions, and unmet needs that keep you feeling stuck.

I'm drawn to working with couples who feel stuck in negative interaction cycles and are longing for a deeper emotional bond. Often, the struggles couples face are rooted in deeper patterns of attachment, emotional disconnection or unmet needs. My goal is to help you feel more secure, seen, and connected—to yourself and to the people you love. I also find deep meaning in working with immigrant families, where cultural expectations, identity, and generational experiences can add meaningful complexity to relationships.
