Providing care in today's healthcare environment has many challenges. This confidential group provides the opportunity for nursing processionals to offer the same support and compassion that they have for their patients to their colleagues. You are not alone! Weekly topics include: how to identify and prevent burn out, creating a work/life balance, cultivating self-compassion, understanding how your experiences impact your life, and managing stress and anxiety.
