Life does not always go the way we plan it. Sometimes life can hit hard and, at times, it can feel overwhelming. Occasionally, we may find ourselves in a challenging life transition, struggling to adjust to a new marriage or marriage difficulties, a new baby, a blended family, or an empty nest, a job promotion or loss, retirement, or the loss of a loved one. At other times in life, we may find ourselves stuck in unproductive and negative patterns, looking for solutions. I am passionate about working with clients who are facing life’s storms, adjusting to life transitions, or are simply ready to make positive changes in their lives.
I strive to offer a safe, non-judgmental, and empowering space for my clients. I believe that difficult times in our lives give us an opportunity to learn what our strengths are and how to use them to grow. I see my clients as the experts on their lives and I enjoy working collaboratively with them to establish and actively pursue their goals.
