Using trauma-informed expressive arts, EMDR, IFS-informed parts work, and somatic approaches, I offer a supportive space where you can slow down and explore what’s beneath the stress and move toward real change. Together, we focus on helping you feel more grounded, capable, and connected to what matters most.
Sessions are collaborative and guided by what feels most relevant for you. Many clients come in aware of what’s bothering them but still feeling stuck. We work to shift those patterns so they stop impacting daily life. I bring steadiness and clarity to the work so change actually sticks.
