In my work with adults, I specialize in the following areas: heightened sensitivity, difficulties with trust, anxiety and panic, depression, ambivalence, interpersonal trauma, relationship problems and with those who want to experience more meaning, intimacy and authenticity in their lives.
I provide adolescents and college-aged youth a safe and non-judgmental space to explore who they are and who they are becoming. I help them increase self-awareness, identify blind spots, practice communication and conflict resolution skills, negotiate external pressures, trust self while staying connected to parents and peers, and navigate decisions.
