I foster the philosophy that YOU are the expert of your own life and believe my role is to provide an environment where you have the ability to express yourself without judgment! I see adults coping with a variety of issues including life adjustments, anxiety, depression, and am passionate about working with the LGBTQIA+ community. I utilize person centered theory and incorporate solution-focused and motivational interviewing modalities with an emphasis on mindfulness.

I feel we all have the ability to find improved wellness and will walk with you on that journey through identifying and focusing on your strengths, creating healthy interpersonal boundaries, improving communication skills, and coping strategies.

If you've never participated in therapy before it can seem overwhelming! But I hope to reduce those uncertainties. Life gets heavy for us all sometimes and I believe in incorporating humor and wholeheartedness in therapy to assist in creating an inviting shared experience you can look forward to.
