If you find you're dealing with anxiety, depression, PTSD, loneliness, low self-esteem, boundary-setting, religious/cult trauma, relationships, shame, sexual trauma, sexuality, LGBTQ+/gender identity, life purpose and meaning, or all of the above, we'll work together to help you find your voice and strengthen your sense of self.
My therapeutic approach is integrative and direct, and strongly based in mindfulness, compassion, and humor. I welcome all beliefs and spiritual practices and provide a warm, open-minded, sex-positive, queer- and straight-welcoming, non-judgmental space for you to be your full, authentic self.
