As a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Health Coach, I am dedicated to motivating and empowering you toward living a fulfilling life. I commonly work with clients experiencing anxiety, peer relationship problems, career transitions, low self-esteem, negative relationship patterns, sexuality, gender identity, grief and loss.
My therapeutic approach is active, non-judgmental and collaborative. I guide my sessions through a growth mindset and in building awareness around emotions, repeating negative cycles, unhealthy communication styles and its impact on behavior. I draw from my clients strengths and place focus on the mind-body-spirit connection.
