The hardest part - but often the most exciting part - can be deciding where to begin. I value and honor the starts, stops, and all that is in between. I have been in the clinical mental health field since 1986, so one could say I've been around the block. With that experience, I help my clients find their paths, and I serve as a witness to their growth.
As a seasoned clinician, I offer clients the benefit of the many therapeutic interventions in which I have received training over the years. I am currently the Clinical Director at the Council on Recovery. I have a private practice in which I focus on trauma, grief, family of origin, interpersonal relationships, and codependency issues.
My life's work is to help clients get where they need to go and to reduce suffering. Life is meant to be experienced and connective. When we are stuck in our issues, connection and life experiences are diminished. Let's take the step to freedom and choice.
