Therapy is not a ‘one size fits all’ type of design as everyone brings their own unique perspective and background to the table. I want to sit at your table, explore that perspective, and help you create and reach realistic/attainable goals. I help clients with finding coping skills, managing stress (work, relationship, family, life), creating/improving self care routines, inner child work, relationship troubles, setting boundaries, and managing symptoms of various diagnoses (including ADHD). I also help people recover from narcissistic abuse and the impact it can have.
After over 10 years in the mental health field, I have had the opportunity to work with clients of various ages and diagnoses (depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, etc). I specialize in ADHD, victims of narcissistic abuse, and inner child work. I offer individual, couples, and family therapy.
Therapy can be hard but it is so rewarding once you start doing the work. I have seen clients flourish by learning about their symptoms, processing trauma, and implementing goals that help them live their best lives.
