Hello! I specialize in working with those experiencing anxiety, depression, and PTSD. I strongly believe in finding the right fit for therapy, so offer a 15-minute consultation visit to see if we are the right fit. I earned my masters degree through University of St Thomas/St. Catherine University.
I treat anxiety and trauma with mind-body techniques such as EMDR, which retrains your brain and decreases/eliminates distress and anxiety. I use other interventions such as Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), learning to replace unhelpful thoughts with constructive alternatives, mindfulness and stress reduction techniques.
I know you may feel apprehensive about starting therapy, that’s normal.. I am here to help you through the process and help develop tools and skills to manage emotions.
