Hello! I specialize in treating anxiety, depression, PTSD and trauma related distress. I strongly believe in finding the right fit for therapy, so offer a 15-minute consultation visit to see if we are the right fit. I earned my master's degree through University of St Thomas/St. Catherine University.

I treat anxiety and trauma through various approaches including mind-body practice, like EMDR, which helps decrease/eliminate distress surrounding past events and decrease anxiety. I use other approaches such as Cognitive Behavioral therapy (CBT), learning to identify unhelpful thoughts with helpful alternates, mindfulness and stress reduction techniques.
