I am a Licensed Clinical Social Worker, seeing clients throughout NC via virtual visits. So, hold up your hand if you have ever felt disappointed, even anxious, about how life is going. I work from many different theories and techniques, as I feel that each person is different, so one approach may work for you, as each individual is unique. Though I tend to gravitate towards Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), I also may utilize Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Person Centered Therapy, and Solution Focused Therapy.
I offer an authentic approach to my clients while ensuring a safe, validating, and supportive environment. I value my clients' feeling heard, understood, and comfortable during our sessions.
