I'm a Clinical Social Worker trained to help with anxiety, depression, grief and loss, stress management, as well as women's specific issues. We all deserve a kind, supportive environment to process our thoughts and feelings, and I'm here to offer that to you! Helping people resolve their anxiety is my specialty & I believe we all have peace within ourselves. I use a blend of Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) to teach you the skills to feel your best!
I have experience with kids 12 & older and am trained in play therapy skills that can address behavior concerns, anxiety, depression, academic stress, and ADHD. I can help your child build the confidence and emotion regulation skills to build calm within themselves. Play therapy is a great for kids that may struggle with traditional talk therapy approaches.
I currently have immediate openings at NWA Therapy. Our administrative team is very responsive & will answer any questions you have about care & costs. I am seeing patients in our office conveniently located near I-49 and the University of Arkansas campus, and also offer telehealth services.
