Individuals come to me seeking support for anxiety, depression, grief, substance use and trauma disorders. Certified Grief Educator, IFS Level 2. Each case is different and individualized treatment meeting client's needs is important. Developing a therapeutic relationship with the right person is also very important.
That is why clients are welcomed, respected and listened to without judgment. My approach to therapy is pulled from various evidence based practices including Internal Family Systems, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Motivational Interviewing, Solution Focused therapy and spiritual practices including Mindfulness, 12 Step and Christian based strategies.
