For over 30 years, I’ve had the opportunity to listen as clients shared their story and trusted me to help. As an integrative therapist, I draw from a large and diverse “tool bag” of research-supported methods and strategies to help people gain insight, heal, develop skills, and strengthen the resilience they need to be happier, healthier, and improve their relationships. Some of my clients are seeking help for depression, anxiety, or recovery from past trauma. Others are looking to build coping skills and obtain support through a difficult time. I use a secure teletherapy platform to see clients in both Texas and Colorado.
I've completed extensive training in treatment for anxiety and trauma. My NBC-HWC credential helps in my work with individuals who are seeking help for health-related issues. I'm certified in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia (CBT-I), and I'm a Spiritual Director trained SMU Perkins School of Theology. My PhD is in the area of human development.
I am licensed in both Texas (BC/BS, United, Aetna, Medicare and Self-Pay) and Colorado (Medicare United, and Self-Pay only).
